This is a shipping place, right?? So explain to me why every single morning I come in to drop off packages, I get attitude like I’m the problem. I don’t want to use the self-scan area. I want my packages scanned by an employee so I know they’re actually handled correctly and end up where they’re supposed to. That’s not some crazy request, that’s basic service. Instead, I’m met with pushback and a bad attitude every time by this female. Like doing your job is some kind of inconvenience. It’s honestly ridiculous. If customers are coming in to ship items, stop making it difficult and just do your job. This shouldn’t be a daily argument just to drop off packages. If I want to wait in line and not use self scan, thats what i'm going to do.

Very poor experience with this store. Paid over $20 in the am to have a priority flat-rate parcel mailed that day. Person at counter was very nice and appeared professional. 3 BUSINESS DAYS LATER I find that the PO has just received the pkg. Called and talked with young person who could not explain the delay. Told her I expected my Visa to be credit. She can't do that; manager not in. Insisted she have manager call me. He did call that day, and gave me a lecture on my approach to the matter, telling me I am no longer welcome in the store. He did state he would credit my Visa. We'll see. Wouldn't go back if they rolled out the red carpet. People will no doubt see the response of the owner. To represent my phone interaction with his staff as abusive is incorrect, but be that as it may. I have also discovered that in addition to charging me $20+ for the parcel, I was not given credit for the $13 worth of postage I had already put on the envelope. It's too bad this location is so poorly run, and staff poorly trained: it's in a great location.

I’m glad to hear that some people are having good experiences here. But I have watched it go down consistently over the last few years. Honestly, I feel like the employees couldn’t care less about whether your questions are answered or whether you get the correct information. I always come in with prepaid packages maybe that’s why? But I have been given the wrong information more than once about when a package would be picked up and I’ve been dismissed by employees over questions about whether a package would actually get picked up same day because they didn’t seem to care. I just found out Walgreens offers a FedEx drop off and I will be doing that from now on!

Got passport photos taken here, amazing service from a lovely woman (wish i could remember her name!) They were nice and super fast, highly recommend! This was after trying to go to wallgreens and being treated terribly while eventually being told their machine was "down" which it apparently always is. Thank you guys so much!

Employees are always super helpful. Fast service and if you have a prepaid shipping label, there's a self service counter to scan your package and generate a receipt and you can skip the full service line. It's awesome to be able to mail packages on the weekend too! You can mail via USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
