From being greeted by the pilot in the parking lot and the transfer to the aircraft to the champagne on board, the flight in the M2 was a masterpiece in terms of service. The organization of the sushi for the return trip that evening, the last-minute arrangement of the shuttle service in Hamburg… I can honestly say I'm simply thrilled. Even the conversations were always perfectly polite and respectful, allowing for meaningful discussions with business partners. The aircraft?
