I moved from Bermuda to France and of course took my cat with me. They took advantage and charge me 1322 euros!!!! to take my cat from Bermuda to London in the hold, plus they did not disclose the price until two days before the flight, not leaving me time for a proper complain. Actually the first price they gave me was 1550 euros and after complaining on the phone they reduced to 1322 and told me "you have to tell me right now if you want to book the ticket for your cat or not, otherwise your cat wont be able to travel with you" I was in shock after that. Really despicable and revolting attitude. I am still waiting for some explanation for that price. Here I join the bill.

Great service (although very expensive for a turnaround). Very pleasant folks from immigration to assist with pax transfer. Hope to visit again soon.
