Eastern Air Express.

Horrible experience. They kept us for a whole day waiting for the flight and canceled it close to 5PM. There was no communication at all. They weren’t willing to talk to us about any refund policy and customer service was horrible. They onboarded all the passengers on the airplane 4 hours late, the airplane was a very old model that isn’t even normally used in passenger flight anymore. The airplane conditioning in said flight was absolutely ineffective, there wasn’t really enough space for our carry ons, and the seating was way too cramped. As soon as we were sat, they told us that we had to wait further because the plane was overweight and they had to take off luggage. Luggage that they would bring on another trip right behind us. I fell asleep waiting, and then eventually woke up to everyone un boarding 1 hour later. They told us we would just have to wait for the luggage to finish being reworked and then to supposedly get “permission” to take off. I saw workers laugh among each other, end up changing and leaving with food. We waited an extra 3 HOURS until they finally told us the flight was cancelled, and the reasoning being that “the airport in Cuba was closed”. That was clearly a cover up for the rage that would have happened from cancelling immediately after having us wait 4 hours to board and then unboard us. Just to clarify we were supposed to be boarding by 10 AM and leaving at 10:45. Also, the reasoning for the original delays was that the original plane broke down and they needed a replacement. Both AeroCuba and Eastern Air express should get shut down entirely.

Worst airline ever. My flight was supposed to arrive at MIA at 3:25 pm and it had to go back to Miami because of mechanical issues , 5 hours later and I’m still at the airport . They don’t do proper maintenance to the airplanes . I wouldn’t recommend this airline to anyone .

Flight BBQ 2231 from MIA to HOG. Complete lack of respect from the crew by simply not responding to a simple question of what is your name? The female latina crew member instead of doing it's job on an almost empty airplane keep chating with the male team mate and showed a really poor performance when I have asked what is your name lady... my name is Ernesto can you please respond what is your name? Instead of responding she threatened me and kept doing it's chatting job with other crew member. To complete my review the airplane couldn't take off due to mechanical reasons. What a waste of time. Don't flight with this Charter... :-(
