COMPANY UNDER COURT-ORDERED RECOVERY I was a trainee and then a client for 5 years for rentals. I completed a CBIR (Certificate of Professional Aptitude), a MEP (Master Aircraft Pilot's License), and invested €59,000. I wanted to leave the school, but they refused to refund the positive balance of €776 in my pilot account, claiming the request wasn't made within 6 months… (6 months and 8 days…). It's a shame to leave on such a bad note. Thanks to the instructors who remain honest and competent.

My 14-year-old son enjoyed an introductory flight... and it was MAGICAL! The briefing was clear, interesting, not too long, and efficient. The instructor was fantastic! The aircraft provided was very high-quality. I felt completely at ease letting my son take off without any fear. He loved the experience! I highly recommend it.

I completed my UPRT and CPL IR ME courses with EATIS under excellent conditions; the welcome was very friendly, and the instructors were highly competent. I recommend them to future professional pilots.

I'm writing this review reluctantly, but I had a very bad experience with EATIS. I had made a substantial deposit for training with them. Following an imposed date change that led to my cancellation, I requested a refund of this deposit. I owed it, and they never questioned that. For months, they told me the transfer would be made shortly, and our exchanges were always very cordial. Then, one day, they informed me that it had been made. This wasn't true, and despite my informing them that I hadn't received anything, they remained completely silent, despite numerous phone calls (they hung up on me), an email (which went unanswered), and two registered letters. This school demonstrates remarkable disrespect and dishonesty. I can only advise you to get your pilot's license elsewhere; there's no shortage of schools in France or Europe. The crisis we are going through does not excuse all behavior…
