horrible experience from zurich to split. they failed to load checked baggage into the plane so upon landing in split, everyone's bags were missing. no information was provided till we were in-flight where an attendant made a brief sarcastic joke about "we have food, drinks, but not your bags!" that was the extent of announcement and information given. the website never updated the status of our missing bags which left us no choice but to visit split airport everyday during our trip to inquire about our bags which arrived 36-48+ hours after we landed and were soaking wet!

The flight Skopje-Zurich was one of my most enjoyable flights ever! The crew is fantastic, the atmosphere is relaxed, the seating space is comfortable, the cookies and juices they provided for free during the flight were lovely, the real-time information on the screens was all the time appropriate, informative and interesting! I just don't have enough words to describe the experience and am already looking forward to my next flight with this airline!

Horrible! Worst airline!! They left without passengers from Seattle! We had to book fresh tickets with another airline. Staff was rude & then they just left the counter. We along with others were just left there!! Unbelievable!! And customer care even worse!! If Swiss airlines has deteriorated then Edelweiss is no exception.

Edelweiss long-haul flight: 10.5 hours of disappointment. The food was the worst I’ve had on a plane—unhealthy, no protein, and just overall poor quality. Drinks were few and far between, and alcohol cost extra. No power outlets, so no laptop use. The flight was delayed, and I was rebooked without being informed, which left me stuck in Zurich for hours. I’ve flown with many airlines, and this was easily the worst experience. Choose another carrier if you can.

One of the worst! Will never fly with them again! Whole trip is codeshared with Air Canada as my Primary and I also had confirmation that 2nd check-in luggage would be $100CAD - I get to the Airport in Mauritius with 2 extra luggage to check in and they said they will not honor the Air Canada price and will charge me approx $545CAD/additional luggage. Spoke with everyone and they say they have nothing to do with Air Canada and to take up my issue directly with Air Canada... Very unhelpful staff at the Airport in Mauritius as well!!
