You will communicate with the dispatcher of the company, who will be rude to you and refuse your requests. It is not possible to order a transfer from the airport. Can't arrange catering. When your passengers arrive at the airport, no one will meet them. You will not receive information about the departure and arrival of the aircraft. Their trademark is that if a passenger is more than 2 hours late, they will threaten to cancel the flight and try to get more money from you! The cost is high - the quality of the work is the worst I've ever seen. We won't turn again.
