Worst flight ever from Stuttgart to Hurghada. Had to wait an hour in an ancient plane because of supposed severe weather in Albania. As if they couldn't have taken off anyway, slowed down, or taken a different route. Both the cabin crew and the pilot were unfriendly and unprofessional. The seats were extremely uncomfortable, the metal bar under the seats was clearly noticeable, there was hardly any padding, and the backrest wasn't adjustable! No hooks or kangaroo pouches on the seat in front. Extremely cramped. Filthy everywhere, the floor was wet with a sticky liquid, and my backpack was completely covered in it. No airsickness bags, nothing. The lights were on the entire night flight, so the children couldn't get any rest while the ladies made themselves comfortable in the back. NEVER AGAIN!!! This airline should be banned!!!

I hope this airline goes bankrupt! I've been waiting a year for compensation for a staggering 150 PLN. This is one big mistake, not the airline! Damaged luggage and zero response to complaints. Never again Electra Airways. It's clear from the comments that they enjoy tormenting luggage. No respect for private property. The plane flew half empty. Now I know why. No one wants to deal with this company, and I hope you don't last long.

Very old planes, 20 years old and older. Week Customer Service. I made complaint about damaged luggage. They don't answer of any questions.

First flight with Electra and luggage lost. Not taken from Zakynthos airport due to airplane overweight. If you can choose fly other lines! 4 days later the luggage arrived. Some swimming clothes destroyed due to damp as they were wet in a bag for 4 days instead of 8 hours. The company decided that Speedos are valuables and rejected the claim !!! Avoid that airline as much as you can. 12.7. Carrier's limitation of liability for damage h) The Carrier stall not be liable for a contingent loss or destruction of fragile items such as perfumes, toilet waters, dioptric and sunglasses, contact lenses, bottles, glassware, porcelain, water pipes, or fast destructible articles, pharmaceuticals, money, credit cards, valuable items and objects of art, jewellery, keys, commercial documents, passports or other ID documents, data carriers and electronic devices including accessories, if placed in the checked baggage.

Worst company for a flight. Only one example: I had in the boarding pass seat number 26, the last number in the aircraft was 25
