Elite Medical Transport.

On 04/29/26, my spouse was transported by Elite Medical Transport from Horizon City to Providence East Hospital. The paramedics were very professional, informative and caring. Their service was outstanding!

This transportation team was very professional. They arrived on time and with extra people to load me. The transport van was the best van I have been transported in. Extremely smooth ride. The owner himself arrived to ensure I had everything I needed. They were a class act the entire time. I would recommend Elite Transportation to anyone. I recommend them to my facility I am in to transport me in the future. I also received a follow up call from the owner to ensure that everything went well on my transport. Thank you Elite for being so respectful. Definitely a 5 star company.

My grandfather of 66 years was transported today 03/05/2024 from El Paso to Los Angeles county, it was a 13+ hour drive and they didn’t feed him ALL DAY! he was strapped down, without any movement (when the doctors instructed he needed to be moved around every hour or so) He was only given water and that’s because he asked for it! Terrible service, I would rate 0 stars if I could. Do not use this company!

I've had many years in experience using different transportation services through my medical insurance benefits. My circumstances are difficult and unique because of my location,either way my experience with this company has been nothing but positive. Their drivers are very friendly courteous and empathetic when it comes to dealing with the client. Not to mention the fact they communicate within the company to make sure everyone is aware of any special instructions or specific details. I'm just overall very satisfied with the services I've received with Elite and will continue to use and prefer their services.

We have used Elite medical transport service twice within two weeks. Both times the experience has been outstanding but today's experience was phenomenal. Crystal and Octavio took the extra time needed to ensure our mother was cared for properly and with much patience. After arriving to our mother's appointment and realizing the appointment was going to be fairly quick Crystal phoned into dispatch to stay. We would have been calling for a return trip within 15 minutes. Thank you Crystal and Octavio for putting our elderly mother's needs first. It's professionals like these that will definitely bring us back to using Elite services.
