There was no invoice at all, just a direct payment reminder from the collection agency. And that too so late that the next day was the due date. €5 on top of the completely unnecessary expensive hospital treatment.

I had to consult professionals in the field on how to use the stretcher and transfer platform. I never received an invoice, just a letter. Points for the cheerful female nurse.

I needed to be discharged from the hospital in Gran Canaria following an accident. I got in touch with EMA Finland, who took care of the necessary escorts and arrangements for the trip home. The arrangements worked and the professional escorts knew their job. Now I was able to continue my treatment in my home country.
