This has got to be one of most terrifying trip in China, when my aunt fell on the steps, and went into critical condition. Once EMA stepped in, they quickly contacted us to find out about the condition of the patient, and getting updates from the doctor directly to facilitate the process of bringing the patient back to our home. To Dr Winston Jong, your assistance in contacting GEG with regards to arrangements of the flight has managed to save us lots of time and money. Thank you for everything. I had an excellent experience with the team throughout an emergency situation.
