I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and professionalism shown by the medical air ambulance team. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure a safe and reassuring experience during an incredibly stressful time. Especially to Dr Gigu, Nurse Hemma, Dr Sura and Nurse Olipthi that demonstrated remarkable compassion, expertise, and dedication. They treated us with kindness, respect, and genuine concern, making us feel supported every step of the way. Dr Gigu attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to patient care exceeded all expectations. What stood out most was their willingness to go the extra mile—not only providing outstanding medical care but also offering emotional support and reassuranc. Their professionalism and humanity made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. I am deeply grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of medical air transport. Thank you to the administrative side for the well coordination and timely updates.

This has got to be one of most terrifying trip in China, when my aunt fell on the steps, and went into critical condition. Once EMA stepped in, they quickly contacted us to find out about the condition of the patient, and getting updates from the doctor directly to facilitate the process of bringing the patient back to our home. To Dr Winston Jong, your assistance in contacting GEG with regards to arrangements of the flight has managed to save us lots of time and money. Thank you for everything. To Dr Eslyn, who has been on the flight, taking care of the patient with care, and respect to everyone. A big thank you to you and Nr Jag. You guys have definitely went beyond and showed what people in the industry can do best. To the whole EMA Global team, Hemma, Nathan, Sky, Kent, and so many more help to be named. I had an excellent experience with the team throughout an emergency situation. Their coordination and communication were amazing from start to finish, and they ensured the entire insurance coordination process went as smoothly as possible. They set up a WhatsApp group for quick communication, coordinated efficiently with the hospital, and were always on standby to answer all of my questions and concerns promptly. We sincerely appreciate all the efforts from the EMA Team in making this transfer from China possible and ensuring my dad’s safe return home.
