I wanted to take pilot training. But the sales department is just awful! They kept me waiting for months, and I couldn't get into the open day. Then they filled out the paperwork incorrectly. They couldn't send me an invoice. Finally, they sent me a bill for zero rubles! I gave up and went to MagAero. Even though I live right near Myachkovo, it's inconvenient for MagAero to go to Novinki. Impossible! Where did you find these people? Fire them all immediately!

I went to the open day! I really enjoyed it, they try to help, explain, and show everything. Even things that are still difficult for me. Respect!

I'm studying at this training center and want to express my gratitude for the work these people do. I couldn't find an alternative, and I don't regret it. This place definitely has its own atmosphere and a generous, kind soul! A great location, just a short distance from the Moscow Ring Road, with a delicious cafe. It's a pleasure to come and fly while maintaining my flying skills. It's wonderful to feel like a pilot; it's an incomparable experience! Thank you!!! Решила не отказываться от возможности, из уважения... Что в итоге? Вышла из самолёта и поняла -это моё! Теперь надо собраться силами и приступить к обучению...) АРТ - Жди! Летала на P2002 Тикнам!

I flew for the school today. The pilot was excellent! I can't remember his name, though. The plane was also good, seemingly clean and fit for flight. The only obvious downside was the extremely Soviet-style administration. And here's more detail: My introduction to the school began with an ad on Instagram. I saw the ad and decided to call. But no one answered. And for the rest of the day, no one tried to call me back. Why invest money in advertising if no one will answer? 😂 Then I tried writing to their Instagram profile. They greeted me, and after I asked a question, they disappeared without a response for 24 hours, until I wrote again. Luckily, I managed to get through the next day and was able to book a flight. Incidentally, I called each time during business hours. During lunch on a weekday. After you book a flight, your quest will likely continue. It turns out that to get to the club, you need to order a pass (even for a taxi, it costs 150 rubles). Naturally, the guru-managers didn't warn me about this, so I had to walk for about a kilometer through the surroundings of the movie "Stalker"—abandoned Soviet buildings and a bunch of wild dogs. Finally, at the end of the kilometer-long road, you reach the first school building. It turns out there are two of them. This building was occupied only by teachers giving lessons. I had to interrupt the lesson to find out where to go for the flight. (Meanwhile, no one answered the phone again, naturally.) After the teachers set me on the right path, I continued on, conquering the surroundings of "Stalker." After about 500 meters, I reached the Hangar and finally saw the administrator, who wasn't at her post but was chatting with someone in a small room. She came out, quickly signed me up somewhere, and hid again. And then everything was great: excellent pilot, flight, and everything else. I still need to get rid of my savvy attitude in 2019. The whole flight felt like I was trying to get into a Soviet clinic. And to see some rare doctor, too. I'd flown to Voskresensk before—it was completely different in terms of service.
