Horrible experience, went there to recieve a package no heavier than 25kg. Spent 6 hours waiting and waiting, the staff had no idea what they were doing making us walk around everywhere with no meaning to anything. Worst place in the world. At the end we didn't even get anything because they closed, if you are coming here be prepared to waste time and be pissed off.

A whole week to get your stuff just because of communication and access issues. Worst place in Ethiopia. Could give them 0 stars and it would be too much. Would not recommend at all.

Only had to deal with the customs offices at the compound. These offices are the physical embodiment of what everyone in the world hates about taxes. The horrid experience of having to deal with Ethiopian government offices and officials coupled with being charged three times as much as the price you paid for the item that was shipped to you makes this place one of the worst places to have to deal with. You come expecting bad service, you receive worse. If you can avoid it, never go there. Whatever simple service you're expecting to get, they'll manage to complicate it 10 fold. Avoid at all cost. If you can, pay someone else to deal with them.

Ethiopian Airlines cargo center is one of the part of the state of the art organization of the ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES. The Ethiopian airlines cargo is handling all kinds of cargo service's. The system of delivering the imported cargo is very organized and fast.But at the store the proceeder of for custom clearance still needs more organization and customer service mentality by the staffs. one of the most thing that I like is the Electronics device charging station which is prepared for the customer at the gate of the store.
