★★★★★ Outstanding experience from start to finish. The flights were comfortable, the cabin crew were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, and the food was very good. I was also impressed by the spacious seating and overall comfort onboard. Abu Dhabi Airport is absolutely beautiful, modern, and well organized, making the connection experience smooth and enjoyable. Considering the quality of service and the price I paid, Etihad offered excellent value for money. One of the best airline experiences I have had, and I would happily fly with Etihad again. Highly recommended!

My first time upgrading myself to Business Class — not as a gift, not on someone else’s budget. My own decision. And I needed it to be worth it. It was worth it completely. The crew set the tone from the moment I boarded. Attentive without being intrusive — the kind of care that doesn’t feel like a script. They made me actually enjoy the experience rather than just get through it. The seat, the bedding, the whole setup — genuinely impressive. I pulled the blanket over myself, watched a film, had a glass of champagne, and felt something close to calm pride. Slept properly. Arrived in Abu Dhabi fresh and clear-headed. The landing was exceptionally smooth too — the kind you notice. One thing worth knowing if you’re flying from SVO: Etihad directs you to the Malevich Lounge, which felt a bit dated and out of step with everything that followed. I ended up in the Alfa Lounge instead thanks to my bank access, and that experience genuinely completed the trip. If you have alternative lounge access at Sheremetyevo, use it — you’ll board in a much better mood. Overall — Etihad set a standard on this flight I’ll now measure everyone else against. Hope others get to feel what I felt on that overnight: that investing in yourself is always the right call.

This is a review after 4 long haul trips with etihad airways. This review is based on business class experience. Flights: all went smoothly, all punctual and reliable. Seat:I flew the A350, Boeing 787-9 and 787-10. All seats were super, the bed was comfortable. Mt favourite was the new A350. Infotainment: E-Box has plenty of excellent entertainment options including HBO max . Food: pretty solid, good variety, nice presentation. Staff: overall very good and friendly, although I noticed some variation in the quality of service in different flights, but all in all a good experience. There is room for improvement here. Price: top notch Would fly Etihad again when I get the chance. Highly recommended.

Five stars for Etihad! We chose this airline for our trip to the Maldives, and it was the best decision. The service was impeccable, the cabin crew was incredibly attentive, and the overall comfort made our special journey even more memorable. They truly understand what hospitality means. We can't wait to fly with Etihad again for our future anniversaries

The best airline I've ever met. I will be loyal to you forever. We had a transit through Abu Dhabi on February 28, when the airspace was closed. Knowing how many people found themselves without the help of airlines and tour operators, Etihad did EVERYTHING and took care of their customers. They brought us to the hotel and informed us about the next flights every day so that we would not miss it in any way. The hotel was excellent, the staff was helpful, the company provided breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. Later, tourists from different hotels were gathered into one hotel. It was even more beautiful, and it was already possible to contact Etihad representatives directly. We were provided with everything we could ask for, given a convenient flight, provided with accommodation and food, and kept in touch with us CONSTANTLY. Our flight to Phuket was also delayed through no fault of the airline, but it provided an opportunity for everyone to have lunch. During the 5-hour flight, everything was top notch, food, service, and comfort. I thank you for your concern and responsibility in this situation. Now I only choose Etihad, I swear.
