We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the swift and reliable organization of the entire transport from the (scandalously bad) hospital in Marsala, Sicily, to the destination airport in Germany and the hospital here. From the moment my wife was taken over by the accompanying doctor, her suffering finally came to an end. After appropriate pain management, she spent most of the flight asleep. The cooperation between the doctor and the paramedic was excellent, and the captain and first officer were also extremely friendly, empathetic, and helpful. You and your exemplary team helped us in our time of great need, so that my wife's necessary operation (femoral neck replacement) could be performed only slightly outside the usual timeframe for planned surgeries of this kind. We are truly grateful for this!
