It’s not a good option. Javier is the one who working in finance department if your flight is canceled you have to act like you asking favor to found anything from them. Started the refund and they keep turning around and you get stuck with customers they don’t care

Terrible customer service. Karen Suarez is very professional about sending quotes that never arrive and doesn't answer the phone. Another person at the company is the same; they never responded to requests for flights. Don't go with them.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. This “airline” (one plane) is run by dishonest people who show up a day after the flight is supposed to take off, refuse to communicate and don’t even coordinate with the airports. Total amateurs. Stay away! Book with anyone but them!
