We spontaneously had the idea to make our bachelor party a truly special event. So, last night at 8:20 pm, I spontaneously inquired whether Excellent Air could even cover the journey to our approximately 350km short trip. Less than two minutes later (and that was at 8:22 pm!!!), I received the call I'd been hoping for from Marco Ferstl!!!! I was so positively overwhelmed, as I hadn't expected a response at all, three days before our planned departure, especially with the group motivation of a bachelor party... and then such a quick, friendly, and genuine reply... Simply amazing!!! And that wasn't all: at 10:22 pm, I received a response to my inquiry from Guilherme Veiga. I was speechless! This afternoon, less than 17 hours later, Marco sent me various options and detailed offers. One was for one-way flights only, the other for round-trip flights. And these were both for different aircraft with varying capacities and a wide range of services, such as openbar. In total, there were nine different offers. He also offered me several other customization options, such as a price reduction if not all nine of us wanted to fly and we wanted to do it as a small group. He was also able to offer a price reduction if we were more flexible with the departure time. Since I personally obtain quotes from various service providers worldwide every week for work, I'm quite experienced as a potential client, but what I experienced with Excellent Air was a speed, meticulousness, courtesy, and customer satisfaction that I haven't encountered in many years. After a joint evaluation as a group, we unfortunately couldn't agree on any of the offers and are unable to take the flight. I personally find this very disappointing, because with such perfect service during the offer phase, I would have been extremely interested to know how I would have been treated as a customer/passenger (it must have been amazing!). @Marco: Thank you so much for your offers and for sharing this experience! I wish you continued success and I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to fly with Exzellent Air in the future.
