Outstanding service from start to finish! They’ll price match all major fuel programs—just show verification and you’re covered. The brand-new facility is first-class, with a clean, modern look and a comfortable pilot lounge. CSR Manager Darla is hands-down one of the best in the Southeast—friendly, professional, and always on top of things. And the best part? Buy 200 gallons of Jet-A and you get to pick from six different bourbon bottles! Talk about southern hospitality done right. Highly recommend JAX Executive Aviation to any flight crew passing through Jacksonville.

Great service today using Jacksonville executive Jet center at the Craig airport. They were able to beat our fuel discount! Excellent FBO!

Exceptional customer service! Upon arrival, we discovered a flat main tire, and the manager along with the team immediately came to our aid. They went above and beyond—assisting not only with the mechanical issue but also ensuring our comfort with amenities and accommodations. Truly impressed by their dedication and fairness. Highly recommended!

One of the best customer service teams I ran across in the industry. We had a flat main tire on arrival, and the manager and team sprang to our assistance and helped in every way possible. Mechanically, as well as with all amenities and facilitation of accommodations. Highly recommended and fair!
