A lovely spot to get a taste of faraway places. The bistro is open until 6 pm, offering light snacks, burgers, schnitzel, cakes, and good coffee. You sit right next to the runway. Plus, the service is always friendly and welcoming. It's fun to drop by, whether by car, bike, or plane. You can also book flights from here. Just Google EDAV Finow. You can also find dates for small events on Instagram and Facebook, like today's barbecue with plov (rice and meat dish) and delicious homemade medovik (honey cake). It's worth checking out! On these days, landings are often free.

Many thanks to the friendly staff at Finow airfield (EDAV) for clearing the runway so quickly. Many other airfields were closed due to snow and ice, but you made a real effort.
