Flight Link Air Charters.

Very pathetic airline. Avoid them at all costs. First I changed my flight dates and they told me the change was 50 USD for 2 only to be hit with a 170 USD " amendment bill" at the counter. I also arrived one hour early only to be told that the passengers have boarded and the boarding gate is closed. What I learnt is they sell your booked seat at the airport office and proceed to pretend that the plane has already left. They are all scammers and most of their reviews are fake. If you book with this pathetic disgrace of an airline,you will regret it.

Cancelled flight, promised refund, money not returned. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

They canceled my flight without notifying me. They made me wait 1h past the scheduled time before letting me know there's no flight at all.

terminal 1 is small domestic terminal inside Dar es salaam airport . very simple terminal with small shop for coffee and other drinks , the toilets are fine and its AC people there are very friendly and helpful , i asked a guy there for help about translation in my sim card sittings and he was very patient and helped me. be sure to be there before your flight with 30 mins or more.

Flew them from Seronera to Arusha, onwards to Zanzibar. Staff was attentive and friendly. Almost zero communications before the flight, you just buy and show up. The plane (EMB120) was ok, cabin was a bit old but nothing extraordinary. Layover in Arusha was a bit confusing. We were perfectly on time for both flights and everything was pretty easy so no complaints!
