My neighbor (77yo), her granddaughter (11yo), and their 4 sedated cats needed to charter a flight as they were moving hundreds of miles away. With the cats and some mobility issues, I assisted in coordinating with the Flightpath team, as well as driving these folks to the airport. What a luxury service! Alex walked us through choosing the plane type and coordinated it so that the flight was exactly at the time and date requested by the client. I was able to drive right up to the plane to drop them off where staff was waiting to assist. I'm happy to report that the flight was smooth and on time. The executive car (arranged by Flightpath) was waiting for them when they arrived. I could not rate this company higher. What a relief it was for this stressed family.

Absolutely brutal customer service. After notifying my family 18 hours before departure time that the KingAir i chartered to fly my family to Massachusetts needed to be taken out of service, we were extorted for another $3,000 or forced to cancel. With such short notice, no decent charter companies could reposition a plane. We were rudely told that “this is the way it is in Canada”. I would recommend running in the opposite direction.
