Christian, the FBO manager's customer service skills absolutely SUCK! I inquired about the $115 daily ramp fee that I don't recall being told about and his reply was that they provide great customer service and get plenty of business and that we can go to Atlantic next-door, next time. What an unprofessional reply to a simple inquiry about our bill and this daily ramp charge that is not waivable. As a long time CAA member, I would like to share and document this experience and I strongly encourage all of you to take another look at Atlantic the next time the vote comes up. I will say that all of the help outside of this manager and his lack of skills were good at this FBO. If THIS doesn't say a lot: Employee Reviews and Work Culture Management: Management is frequently cited as a major issue, with reviews describing leaders as "rude," "condescending," and ineffective. Work Environment: While some employees enjoy working around planes, others describe the culture as toxic due to inexperienced leadership and a lack of communication between departments. Turnover and Growth: There is high staff turnover, with some employees noting that few people stay longer than a year. Career advancement opportunities are reported as limited, particularly for lower-level positions. Work-Life Balance: Employees have reported stressful environments Summary of Ratings (Indeed) According to data from March 2026, employee ratings for specific categories are low: Indeed Work-Life Balance: 1.5 / 5 Job Security and Advancement: 2.3 / 5 Management: 2.7 / 5 Culture: 2.7 / 5 Pay and Benefits: 3.0 / 5

Great experience. Instructor took his time with us and explained everything for flight school. Was cautious about going up for the lesson and gave us the choice on rescheduling or going up (we opted to reschedule).

Professional staff, excellent lounge and planning area with computer and printer access, food area in the back, vending machines and a snack counter with coffee and hot chocolate or water all the time, also a nice lounge area with massage chairs and a TV exclusive area to shut the door and nap if needed. Fuel truck and marshaling crews are great, be sure to tip them they’ll hook you up. Lots of hangar space, but still be sure to call ahead. They will be ready for you when you get there and have your jet ready when the crew shows up. Right across from Atlantic, shorter taxi route for 1/19 ops too, 14/32 is typically where the GA guys fly so less delays departing 01. Controllers are the guys who don’t pass at PHL (so the joke goes) but they’re pretty great too most days. Easy access area and flyAdvanced it one of the best FBO’s I know of in the area.
