Christian, the FBO manager's customer service skills absolutely SUCK! I inquired about the $115 daily ramp fee that I don't recall being told about and his reply was that they provide great customer service and get plenty of business and that we can go to Atlantic next-door, next time. What an unprofessional reply to a simple inquiry about our bill and this daily ramp charge that is not waivable. As a long time CAA member, I would like to share and document this experience and I strongly encourage all of you to take another look at Atlantic the next time the vote comes up. I will say that all of the help outside of this manager and his lack of skills were good at this FBO.
