We've now used Fly three times — we own a home in the Bahamas and travel back and forth regularly, so have used all the options, They've been exceptional every single time. The standout moment was last year during our wedding, when my sister hit a passport snag and missed her scheduled flight on a major carrier. The team workes with us on standby for her without even knowing what time she'd get a passport as working through an emergency passport appointment with no guarantee it would come through. The moment she walked out of the passport office with it in hand, she texted them, and they were waiting and got her to the Bahamas in time for the festivities. That's the kind of service you just can't put a price on.

Great job all around. Flew from Fort Lauderdale to Treasure Cay. Great communication before the flight and the pilots were awesome! Will definitely use them again!

THE BEST! We found out last minute that the fast ferry from Ft. Lauderdale to Bimini was in dock so we have to charter a plane for 12 peeps! Fly Live was on it! Great group of peeps!

Returned home today to Elbow Cay. Dalton and Ricky were pilots and Justin was making sure we all were coordinated. Crew were professional and provided an excellent experience! As you can see, I wasn’t traveling very light!

Had to book a last minute flight to Bahamas and Justin really came thru for us. Price and service were perfect and spot on. Jonathan was our pilot and was so professional and had such a great personality. Could not have gone any smoother.
