Bad place to work, everything is bad, avoid it at all costs; if you're a customer, don't trust them, the maintenance is poor and the flight time they sell you doesn't match the logbook.

Old fleet with substandard facilities and unfriendly staff. The catering and coffee services are very poor quality; I don't recommend it. There are better private airlines.
