I want to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding, care and professionalism during my recent transfer from Ponta Delgada in San Miguel de Azores on September 26 2025, to Miami Florida, following my femur fracture while on vacation. Being airlifted in the middle of hurricane Gabriel was something I could never imagined experiencing. Yet, your entire team turned what could have been a frightening journey into one filled with calm, trust and compassion. From the moment you arrived I felt completely safe and supported. The medical crew (Taylor ♥️and “Gadget”♥️), were exceptional: kind, attentive and deeply reassuring throughout the flight. They anticipate my needs before I could even voice them and their gentle confidence made all the difference. The pilots (Bosco ♥️ and Drew♥️)were remarkable, handling the challenging conditions with precision and ease and the steady hum of the engines felt like pure reassurance in the air. I also want to recognize all those who worked behind the scenes: mechanics, engineers, coordinators and logistics staff. Your careful preparation and teamwork were evident in every detail and I truly appreciate the effort it took to make this mission possible. Please, extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved. We had the most incredible experience flying from Naples, Florida to Toronto, Ontario. The medical crew was fantastic. Even after we arrived to the hospital, our nurse advocated for my Mom to be placed in the appropriate unit with the best care. He stayed for hours making sure all of the medical team was updated on her status and care needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

FOX AVIATION  REPATRIATION for Liz L. I am now safely back in Belleville Ontario in my home, after 10 days in ICU at Cenro Medico, in Guatemala City, Guatemala due to Covid pneumonia. The care I received was  excellent there, and cannot thank the doctors and nurses for their compassion, love  and support, along with encouragement to get me well . Doctor Prity Jahangir and nurse Allan White were unbelievable.  They came to Cenro Medico to see me October 25 in the late afternoon.  I was extremely happy to see some faces from Canada, and was assured they would take care of me all the way to Kingston Ontario on the morning of October 26th.  Words cannot express my gratitude for their loving care along our journey to Kingston, Ontario. Their professionalism is to be commended.  They were absolutely lovely and thank you somehow doesn't feel like enough . Fox Aviation should be very proud to have them on their staff. It is just wonderful to know there is a service out there that offers very ill patients a way home to their loved ones.  I will be forever grateful for the excellence care received after leaving Holland Americans cruise ship (the Eurodam ) in Guatemala. After my father suffered heart failure in Playa del Carmen, we found ourselves with no insurance and needed to bring my dad back to Toronto to recover. We had not choice but to hire an air amb. After search a few companies we found Fox flight online. Becuase there were only two reviews online, I was hesitant as we are so used to reading reviews for ererything we do nowadays. They were amazing, punctual, professional and totally worth every penny we spent on this service. They took charge fromt the minute they stepped foot inside the hospital at Playa del Carmen all the way to arriving at the hospital in Toronto. Thank you, thank you for your professionalism and team of experts who took care of every detail of our flight and thank you for communicating with my family by giving them updates as to where we were during the transport.

The staff here at Fox Flight Air Ambulance are amazing and very professional. From the moment they arrived in Cuba to return us back to Canada. Ethan and I am so sorry I have forgotten the other paramedics name, were very kind and from the moment they came into my husbands room I knew we were in good hands. They helped me through the security at the Holguin airport and stayed with me until we got to the tarmac where my husband was waiting. Once there we were met by the very kind pilots, that did there best to comfort me during the most devastating time in our lives. I was so grateful when they offered me that spicy chicken and bottle of water with a smile, after being at a hospital for 4 days with very limited supplies or food. It was the small things. Upon our arrival back in Canada they stayed with us in the hospital emergency until the doctors were ready for us. Would also like to thank office staff as well, the gentleman that was on the other end of our daughters numerous calls. You were so very kind and understanding, although you could not give her information, you did your best to comfort her. As parents we are so grateful for that. You all are amazing professionals...bless you.
