Freedom Jets Charter.

Terrible communication by their team. Really bad experience. Couldn't answer any of my questions and charge for wifi and can't answer any questions around plane positioning etc. I would not ever work with them again, no matter how good the quote they initially give you is.

What a hidden gem!

If I could give less than one star I would. These folks took $36,000 for a 3 hour charter and completely mismanaged and bungled it leaving 9 people scrambling the day after Christmas to get to their destination. It cost me thousands in damages and not a single person from this classless operation even called me. If you have means fly someone else. They simply don’t care. I’ll never charter with them or recommend them and I will loudly condemn them and their behavior. There was no reason for the way they handled our charter other than total utter incompetence.

We had an amazing pilot. Smoothe ride, landing and take off. The plane was clean, fresh and was well kept.
