An absolute horror show flying back from Silverstone. We were meant to take of at 6:30pm and ended up leaving close to midnight in a self-organised taxi. We were lied to, bumped off our slot, and had very limited information during our 5 hour wait. The staff on the ground (Jeanne) were completely out of their depth and communication with head office non existent. Unfortunately we were not the only ones affected, with 30+ people abandoned by Fresh Air at the end of the night. Ultimately we were left to find our own way home and only helped by the heliport staff, as the Fresh Air staff seemed to have disappeared. This couldn't have been handled any worse if you tried.

This was our 3rd consecutive flight into Silverstone using Fresh Air. The previous years have been wonderful, but this year was a shambles - because it appears they weren’t in charge of the heliport at the track this year. Whoever was running that created carnage. It was guesswork turning up with no check in system - just hoards of people milling around wondering what to do… and no hospitality whilst you waited like previous years. A group of us were conferring as to what to do and ended up asking staff in a blue suit how it worked. They were doing their best but the whole thing was a joke. Fresh Air were amazing at turning things around for us and thanks to Jeanne and her team we weren’t too delayed. We’ll be using you next year Fresh Air but really hope your systems are back in place, not the circus we experienced this year… Feel for you this time around.

Zero stars should be an option. Probably the worst organised company I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. Was due to be on a return trip from Silverstone at 6:30pm only to be told that ‘more important guests’ had been given our slot. Waited for 3.5 hours being given lie after lie about what was going on, promises that everyone would be sorted etc only to then be told (by the ground staff not Fresh Air) that the helipad was closing due to light, leaving around 40 people stuck with no transport. Fresh Air took zero responsibility and left it to the Silverstone ground staff to sort out. Ended with our group having to organise their own taxis at our expense.

Would give half a star if i could. Genuinely shambolic trying to fly home from Silverstone. Ultimately meaning our party of 12, along with 30+ other people didn't get picked up, as it got too dark to fly (as if getting dark wasn't expected...). With no back up plan in place we eventually left the track via minibus (organised by another company) at 23:30, we were supposed to be flying at 20:30. What was supposed to be a fast way of travel was anything but. All of the staff seemed way out of their depth, and were reliant on the other charter companies to bail them out, which despite the other companies best efforts couldn't happen. In short, avoid booking with these guys at all costs, genuinely terrible logistics and service.
