From the moment we arrived at Gateway FBO, the hospitality was unforgettable. They welcomed us not only with a thoughtful bottle of wine but also with ice cream for our kids—a small gesture that made a huge impression on our family. But what truly set Gateway apart was what happened after we left. My son accidentally left behind his beloved teddy bear, and we only realized once we had already reached our next destination—90 minutes away. To our amazement, the team at Gateway didn’t just find the bear—they sent it to our hotel dressed in a brand-new Gateway FBO T-shirt. Seeing my son’s joy when he was reunited with his teddy is a memory we’ll never forget. There’s great service, and then there’s Gateway FBO. Their team redefines what customer care means in aviation, combining professionalism with genuine kindness and thoughtfulness. One of the best FBOs, I had the chance to visit recently. Flew in my C172 from Quebec City and was greeted and helped by Raul and Shauna. Very reasonably priced avgas and ramp fee and tie down charges waived. Shauna was also super kind to even drop me for hotel shuttle pickup to the other end of the airport in her car. Wow!!! Highly recommend this FBO if you are in the area. Thank you, Shauna and the Gateway team. Hope to see you again, soon!

Hands down the best FBO I’ve been too in the past eight years of flying. Stopped here with a NOAA Twin Otter and the team there took amazing care of us. Thanks! I hope to be back one day.
