There are no words that feel adequate enough for what everyone at Global JetCare has done to help us. When we found ourselves stranded thousands of miles from home, desperately searching for a way to get our son home safely, we had no idea who to call or where to turn. A Google search only added to the overwhelm. It was the US Embassy that pointed us to Global JetCare and that recommendation changed everything. Bart, you were communicative, available, and straightforward with us from the start. When everything felt uncertain, your honesty and professionalism gave us the confidence to move forward and that meant the world to us in that moment. And to the pilots and the medical team, you took our son home with such care and professionalism. You never made us feel like a job or a transaction. You made us feel like family. We are home and our son is doing well now. And that is because of each and every one of you. Thank you Global JetCare!

Global Jetcare is on our speed dial, from now on! They swooped in and saved our lives! My athletic husband fell and snapped his femur in half. In a third world Island, there is no health care, much less Trauma care. I called several care flight companies and this is the only company that understood our urgency. We were off the island within 5 hours, and transferred to the nearest, capable hospital, in the US. They took care of everything! The team handling us, from the paramedics, pilots, and ground team were impressive! Thank you, Jetcare!!!

Global Jet Care is fantastic. The entire team from first call to pickup to drop off was great. We had to extract my wife from st Lucia and the process couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend!!

I was badly injured while traveling abroad and unable to return to the US via commercial flight. Global Jetcare was able to get me home safely to my family and doctors/surgeons. As a patient, I can't begin to express my gratitude for their care and their proficiency navigating the logistics of an international hospital and transportation. As a doctor, I was also impressed by their medical capabilities. I am forever grateful for their excellent work getting me home.
