Valet parking. Plane seats are lumpy..needs to have new cushion. Snacks needs to be better. As soon as you enter the bldg at Oakland terminal you can smell the bathroom. It stinks. When we returned the bldg smells like dog pee. The Vegas bldg smells better granted there where more dogs taking the flight. Snacks can be improved. Other than that the flight was on time and the car valet was good.

For the money, fly American Airlines first class. You get drinks while sitting down and apparently JSX doesn't have a license to serve drinks on the ground so they can't serve on the ground so you sit there and then when you get in the air you're only allowed one drink. It's not what they say it is. It's ridiculously priced and saves zero time

JSX was the best experience I’ve had in 30 years of flying. The flight attendant was amazing, snack options on the ground and in the air fit a variety of tastes. The boarding and security process was easier TSA pre check *1,000. On time flights, easy drive up valet parking and ample seating. Worth the extra money if you don’t want to be treated like cattle.

Nice staff in both OAK and LAS. LAS’ waiting area is more spacious than OAK but you aren’t there for a long time. A great experience, ability to bring regular sized toiletries, get bags as soon as you deplane to get to your UBER / car within minutes is worth every penny!

Absolutely wonderful! This is the way to fly when you can't fly private. The departure a separate from the normal airport! Hooray! You can avoid that traffic and maze of drop off pickup. No line after line to stand in. All of the people in the departure area either work for JSX or they're going to be on the plane with you. That's everyone. You're not dealing with the thousands that are trying to get through a major airport. Everyone was friendly on the staff. It was incredibly professional. The flight was great even though it was rainy and windy. No problems at all. And there are lots of people with their pets.
