He made the entire process feel much less stressful. His wife was also extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She stayed on top of appointments, paperwork, and made sure all documents were sent correctly and on time. Their communication and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. Michael Crossland is a wonderful DME. My nervousness melted into straight up enjoyment the further we proceeded with the O&P. He honestly made it feel just like another day in the shop rather than an extensive O&P exam. You DO need to know your materials and study up, but one thing is certain, he is NOT out to get you with tricks or gotcha questions. He works his best to make sure you have a thorough understanding of every question and task. Outstanding professional running a masterclass operation with his wife Robin. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to get maintenance done. They are EXTREMELY responsive and even if I’m not able to talk to someone when I call, I get a callback within an hour. Will continue to use them.

Mr. Crossland is a great DME. He and his wife (which I believe handles the paperwork and appointments ) are great professionals. They’re helpful, patient, and review important information with you thoroughly. Would definitely recommend.
