The helicopters are well maintained, the pilots are very professional, and everything runs punctually. However, the experience is really only worth it if you are lucky enough to sit in the front seats or by a window. The visibility from the rear middle seats is extremely limited, which significantly reduces the value of the experience-yet the price remains the same for all passengers. In my opinion, this makes it feel somewhat unfair, as not everyone gets the experience they are really paying for. I understand this is due to weight reasons, and that is not my point. What an exhilarating experience! A fantastic way to see the incredibly diverse terrain of the island - our trip took us from dense green forest only interrupted by rivers and waterfalls to desolate volcanic plains and finally beautiful beaches with coral barriers. Very professional business operations which made us feel super safe. Pilot was very skilled and spoke in both French and English which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this company for anyone thinking of taking a helicopter tour of Réunion.

We had a wonderful flight with Helilagon. We have booked online and the boarding was a breeze. We reached there in the morning and the weather was pleasent. The pilot was very friendly. We enjoyed the good view of the island and the volcano. I recommend.

Wonderful! A very nice flight with Helilagon! This is certainly the right place for your first flight. The pilots are very friendly and the flight is worth it! The offers are multiple. I recommend you the 55min tour where you will be able to contemplate all this beautiful island

Before booking we had some pleasant contact by email because we were not sure where our departure could be. This was very nicely explainef that it would always be from l'eperon excerpt when you book the complete helicopter. The day before the flight we were called right on time to confirm the flight. When we arrived we were nicely informed about what was going to happen in english. most passengers speak french apparently. The flight was amazing although the left back seat does not give the best view, it is at the Window but due to the route being more right side oriented and the early morning sun it is advised to go in the front or right back seat if possible. Since there are 4 back seats, the 2 middle are less Lucky. We had some really good views on the volcano! Definately recommended!
