During our vacation, we took a helicopter tour in Mauritius provided by Helipass, and it was an absolutely breathtaking experience! The moment we lifted off, I was captivated by the stunning aerial views of the island's turquoise waters, lush greenery, and iconic landmarks. The pilot was professional, knowledgeable, and provided insightful commentary throughout the flight, pointing out key sights like the Seven Colored Earths and the famous Underwater Waterfall. The helicopter was modern, comfortable, and offered unobstructed views, perfect for capturing photos and videos. Safety measures were top-notch, and I felt completely secure the entire time. The staff on the ground were friendly, organized, and ensured a smooth check-in process. I think it's fair to understand how it works and what you'll find. I hope you find it useful. My experience was in Paris. - THUMBS UP: 1. The staff working that day and the pilot were great. The two stars belong to them. The place is very comfortable with a lounge with free coffee and tea. Our pilot Felix was super nice and helpful, even taking pictures of us from different angles. 2. If you've never been in a helicopter before, it's a unique feeling. Helicopters are very responsive and stable. The whole experience is positive. - THUMBS DOWN: 1. This is very important. I had FOUR cancellations before I got on a helicopter. Even though all the cancellations were the company's fault, I was not given a refund. I find this unacceptable. They say you can pay an extra fee to guarantee a refund. Pay it unless you live in the same city as the fly. Very disappointing policy. 2. I don't know how much it costs to maintain a helicopter, but I think the price is too high. The flight is very short and in Paris you can actually pay 15 euros and go in the balloon over the Parc Citroën, or go up to the Montparnasse Tower or the Tour Eiffel or even Sacré Cœur and get a similar view. I would only recommend it if you have never been in a helicopter.

Not very impressed by the experience.. the flight was short and we were taken to a small airport and waited for a while to do nothing….they should have stated that the destination is indeed not the one on the name. I booked an English tour, but the pilot was communicating in French with the one who speak French…
