HelpAir deserves a million praises! My family was stranded by stranded by Hurricane Helene. HeloAir heard our prayers and contacted us wanting to help. The entire crew at HeloAir are true heroes that represent compassion, faith, and the initiative to get the job done! I would have taken any helicopter to save my family, but the HeloAir helicopter and pilot were 100% first class!!!

Booked a tour for our 16th anniversary as a surprise for my husband. Two days before, I was contacted and told they had to service the helicopter and had to cancel. I was offered to book another helicopter for double the price, but other than that all I got was “sorry.” If you’re going to use them, have a back up plan because they don’t seem to care about ruining yours.
