Hera Flight

Hera came through clutch on an ASAP trip. Coordinated with me great, so I was able to keep my clients informed. Even with a mechanical and other issues. They worked hard to make sure we completed the mission safely and efficiently. Gavin on their team was a rockstar all the way through. Stayed on the phone with me for as long as I needed. Worked fast to switch airports and find the best one with minimal SEF. Gavin even went to work post flight and got a large SEF reduced over 60%. If every company had a Gavin, they would be in a better place.

Have used Hera Flight a few times and always get great personal care. The pilots are hand picked by one of the owners-Jonathon who is also a pilot and knows how to find quality people. I had an issue and need to get on flight earlier than planned Chuck white and Lisa S were quick to help us get back home. I would highly recommend Hera. They have surrounded themselves with a team that love aviation and taking care of the customer.

I’ve used this company 3.5 times so far…and WOW! The pilots have been wonderful and the planes have been superb. Last 2 times I booked through their site and cut out the broker-middleman. Very pleased, I’ll continue to use and THANKYOU for connecting me and my family!!!
