this is to inform you that I was watching helicopter from a distance on 5 june where heritage helipad base is near kedarnath cottage. One of the ground staff went on my religion and one of the guy said nikaal yaah se. He was fat and his colour was black. My helicopter was of himalayan. I was not clicking any photo or making video but still both of them talked to me rudely. We respect all our 10 gurus and our hindu religion. I want either you take strict action or tell ur staff to talk respectfully.

Undoubtedly the most caring and co ordinated team. If you plan 4 dhaam darshan you dont have to think twice before choosing heritage aviation. The comfort which they provide and the amenities they offer stand par excellence and always meet your expectations. I am really thankful to their team for making our tour a very enriching experience

⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing experience with Heritage Aviation for our Chardham Yatra by helicopter. Their team has absolutely no sense of hospitality or professionalism. They make commitments at the time of booking but never stick to them. They say one thing and do another. Timings were never followed, communication was poor, and the entire experience was full of false promises and mismanagement. A pilgrimage like Chardham should be peaceful and well-organized, but this operator made it stressful and frustrating. There are many other aviation companies available — avoid booking through Heritage Aviation if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. You will surely be disappointed.

What an excellent trip!! Ashish Jain is a soft spoken guy and very understated when you meet him in person too. He has a super team and we were lucky that weather and other factors were on our side. Very well organised tour. Kudos to you for a fantastic experience. jai Sri, Yamunamaya, Gangamaya, Kedarnathji and Badrinathji. God bless.

Our ten members, four from Ahmedabad and six members were from USA, started chardham yatra on 24th September 2023 and successfully completed on 28th September 2023 It was really memorable experience with Heritage aviation, except one or two rescheduling, we didn't find any inconveniences, your all hotels were comfortable, all VIP Darshans and Yamanotri Palaki service was satisfactory, whole Aviation staff was very polite, food was also satisfactory , we will strongly recommend heritage tour to our Nearers and Dearers. Thanks to all heritage aviation staff for providing us excellent service. We all are interested to do kailash yatra by helicopter, when heritage aviation will start kailash yatra, we will be first to join.. We are specially thankful to Mr pradeep Singh and Mr Abhishek yadav for providing excellent support.
