When it comes to professionalism this office has absolute NONE. I was placed on hold while hearing the all types of conversations in the background, NO ONE attended to me and or tried to understand the situation that was going on. I sat on the phone waiting for about 20-35 minutes before someone coming to the phone line. When someone finally came to the phone line and asked for my number with no understanding to the what the problem is. He didn’t care to listen to the situation but asked my number. It doesn’t make sense to give my number when you don’t know what’s going on. He then proceed to hang up the phone in my face. After I tried to call back they refused to answer the phone. This was my first experience with IBC and it will be the last. NEVER WILL I EVER USE THEM! HORRIBLE STAFF! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BY ANY MEANS! THEY DESERVE ZERO TO NEGATIVE STARS

A bit of a wait, but good, friendly service....

This is a predatory airline! They charge you lots of money to travel to Les Cayes Haiti plus lots more money for suitcases with just 1 lb extra. Then when you get to destination they tell you, first news, your suitcase will arrive 2 days later (no prior warning before you board). This is crazy! Beware!!!

Fort Lauderdale office needs new help I waited 30 minutes to drop a package while worker sit and attend to everything but me dropping off package and while speaking creole to anyone who comes in and ask questions.Haitian lady at front desk is a problem to slow .

Clean. Professional. Staff is welcoming and very helpful. I will definitely use them again to ship my goods to Haiti
