However, it would also be useful to provide information on the safety measures you have implemented following the fatal accident at Poros Island with a privately chartered Agusta A109 and the total loss of a helicopter at Athens Venizelos Heliport. Transparency on this matter would help reassure passengers about the improvements made. Additionally, I suggest including the year of manufacture for each aircraft in your fleet. This detail would provide valuable insight for potential clients. Looking forward to seeing these updates. Why is the year of manufacture for each helicopter not displayed on your fleet page, as is standard practice across the industry? These are not repeated or rhetorical questions — they are important points for any prospective client, especially in a sector where safety, transparency, and trust are paramount. Glad to see on your website that you are now offering empty legs — it’s a smart addition and definitely a feature many clients will appreciate. That said, I would like to raise a point regarding the pricing structure. As I understand it, when I charter a helicopter from Athens to Paros, the total price already includes the cost of the return flight to Athens — even if I don’t use it. In that case, if the return flight (the so-called “empty leg”) is later sold to another customer, how do I, as the original charterer who already paid for it, benefit? It would be good to have more transparency on this practice. Do you offer partial refunds, credits, or any other form of compensation when the return flight is resold? It would be helpful to understand your policy on this, as transparency in pricing and resale practices is key to building trust with clients. Looking forward to your clarification on this matter.

Amazing service!!! They meet you at the airport, whisk you to the Heli pad and you’re off. So efficient, friendly staff, great birds. Can’t say enough. I’m obsessed with helicopters and ski out of them, use them for work, spend a LOT of time in them. And this operator is great! Used them to take us to Amanzoe outside Athens. Love it.
