A great crew and service. They transported our adult special needs son with his wheelchair to Disney World from New Jersey. It was door to door service. The crew was pilot, copilot and a nurse. A very caring nurse who enjoys to bring happiness to their clients. We brought our son to experience the rides in Disney World that provided wheelchair accessibility. He loved the rides and the shows. Our trip was all for him. On return date the trip had to be cancelled due to weather. Atlas Air Ambulance took care of getting us another room in another theme park in Disney World and checked with us to make sure we got the room. It was our first experience to travel this way and it was great!

Had to use this service for my brother, he had a serious fall in Mexico had two brain bleeds. I got in touch with Atlas Air Ambulance and found one of the most helpful,sincere and without a doubt a person who saved my sanity, Jennie. She handled everything we needed to be able to leave Mexico safely including another fantastic employee Brett. Brett flew down to help me get my brother home and he was another wonderful person to work with. Made an unbearable situation bearable. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart not sure I would have made it without your help. I hope your company appreciates both of you because I sure do. Thank you for being my knights in shining armor.

Caring and Reliable Service When my dad had a medical emergency while traveling out of state, we needed to get him home quickly for the care he needed. Atlas Air Ambulance made the whole process so much easier during such a scary time. Their team was not only professional but also so kind and understanding. They handled everything, from picking my dad up at the hospital to getting him safely on the plane, and they kept us updated every step of the way. What really stood out was how much care and respect they showed my dad—it meant so much to our family. Because of Atlas Air Ambulance, we were able to focus on helping my dad get better instead of stressing over how to get him home. We are so grateful for their amazing service and care!

When my family needed to transport my grandfather from New Jersey to Jacksonville for continued care at Mayo, we were understandably overwhelmed.
