Pilots were very nice and the whole experience was better than I expected. Because of the low cost, I thought it would be more basic, but they actually delivered a lot more than expected. Great value for the price and super affordable :)

Great service! I flew with them today after not flying with them for years, and I noticed they’ve really improved. The service was excellent, and they even offered us water and snacks on the plane. I asked about it and found out there are new owners. I’ll definitely fly with them again 👍

Amazing pilots!! Staff at FLL location were horrendous in communicating to us on flight status. Several lies and several delays - were back in the states. Planes are very old - and need some deep cleaning. Flight out - 2 hours delayed. Flight back 20 hours delayed. Find another charter jet to Bahamas.

Customer service is literally a joke. They have no issues leaving you stranded and lying to you. Pilots were amazing but other then that I would say fly with a different airlines.

This was mine and my husband's first charter flight to Bimini, and we had a really great experience with them! They departed and arrived on time, we had a private flight, views were beautiful and both of the flights went smoothly (even on the windy days). Our pilot, Jose, was very professional, friendly, and explained everything well. He escorted us through US Customs when we arrived back to the USA and arranged a shuttle to take us to the main airport terminal afterwards. We would definitely use them again in the future!
