As a jet owner and attorney with very high standards for client care and operations, I feel compelled to share my experience with Jet Access — an experience that has been beyond frustrating, disappointing, and costly. Jet Access was entrusted to manage my private aircraft, including overseeing the pilots, maintenance, and ensuring my aircraft was always ready to fly. For five months, my jet was out of commission. I was told repeatedly it was being fixed. Finally, I’m informed it’s “ready,” and less than 24 hours before my scheduled flight — from Miami to Mexico — I get a call that it’s broken again. Let that sink in: five months of delays, pilot payments out of my pocket this whole time, and no working jet. And what’s their solution? A “replacement” aircraft for $38,000 one way — for a flight under two hours. Not a gesture of goodwill, not even a discount. No apology email. No ownership. No accountability. Even the most basic things they promised, like stocking the jet with soda and ice, were repeatedly missed. If you’re a high-net-worth individual expecting Jet Access to deliver white-glove service, do not fall for their polished sales pitch. Their follow-through is nonexistent. They may look good on paper, but in reality, they are unreliable, unresponsive, and careless with both your time and money. I trusted them with a multi-million-dollar asset and was met with incompetence and indifference. If you value your aircraft, your schedule, or your peace of mind — look elsewhere.
