After traveling internationally, the last thing passengers should have to do is go down several flights of stairs just to reach U.S. Customs. It’s extremely disappointing that the arrival process isn’t designed with a flat walkway or escalators to accommodate the flow of an entire plane of travelers. While there is an elevator, it’s not a practical solution for hundreds of passengers arriving at once. This setup creates unnecessary difficulty for families with children, older adults, and anyone with mobility limitations or carry-on bags. Improving the layout would make the customs process safer, more efficient, and far more accessible for everyone.

Landed back home in Columbus and John Glenn International continues to deliver a smooth, easy experience every time. Clean, well organized, and easy to navigate from the gate all the way to baggage claim. Signage throughout the terminal is clear and easy to follow — getting from the gate to baggage claim and ground transportation was simple with no confusion. The concourse is bright, modern, and well maintained, and shops like Broad & High Essentials make it convenient to grab snacks or travel essentials on the way out. As a Columbus local, this airport never disappoints. It's efficient without feeling overwhelming, and the size makes it far less stressful than bigger hub airports. Whether you're flying out or coming home, John Glenn makes the process easy. Great hometown airport. Clean, simple, and always a smooth landing.

Easy to navigate. TSA lines were smooth. Uber pick-up/drop off was efficient. Nice clean spaces with color pops! Decent food options, but I just got snacks at the C-Store on site.

CMH truly is home to me. I love that it’s growing into a larger international airport while still keeping its simplicity. There’s less traffic getting in and out, navigation is easy, and everything feels calm and organized. The Stratford area adds a nice touch, and overall, traveling through CMH is always smooth and almost stress-free.

Great airport to get in and out of. The TSA lines here always keep moving and are never very long even with the volume of people that flow through. The "B" concourse is the largest with a couple of restaurants, a coffee shops and a couple of convenience stores. "A" and "C" concourses are significantly smaller. Still have places to grab something post-security, but mainly setup for commuter flights. Also they are expanding the airport so it will definitely add more flights to this airport. Clean airport I would say a plus.
