The patient in the Ambulance was coming for open heart surgery My recomendation is that the crew should be more thoughtful of the patient transporting. Trinity Air Ambulance flew in to help me get my son back to the United States after a catastrophic heart attack while he was in Nicaragua. The flight crew was so polite, caring and professional!

Amazing experience! My family had the need to transfer an injured and in ICU family member from Mexico to the USA and this company responded so quickly, reasonable pricing and the best service. I had originally called another company named Air Medical Transport and they cancelled on me at last minute via email! No call! No text! Completely unprofessional! Save your time, money and your loved one’s life by using Jet Rescue. They are great!

We needed to transfer my dad from Mexico to the USA to get him the urgent critical care he needed due to several complications and while he was intubated. We got a quick response with straightforward and upfront competitive cost. All the positive reviews are right on. Alex attentively worked to coordinate with prompt responses to all my questions. The only issue was some confusion about the hospital drop off in the USA. Both us and Alex tried to communicate with the hospital transfer center but in the end the communication fell through because we couldn't get a doctor to doctor connection, due to the doctor at Mexican hospital not disclosing his phone number and trying on his end but not successfully reaching out to Jet Rescue to connect him to the US hospital. US to Mexican phone number communication is impossible sometimes FYI. The Jet Rescue team ended up calling 911 for an ambulance from the airport and after some pushback from the hospital we chose, he was admitted as a "walk in" emergency which they needed to do by law as they had told us when we called them. The US ambulance driver shared that he sees communication fall through all the time even when transferring from state to state in the USA. Anyway, the Jet Rescue medics stuck with us until he was safely admitted and were attentive the whole time. The main issue was resolved to transport my dad safely, and everyone in the team was courteous, respectful, reassuring, thorough and amazing, from the ambulance driver and motorcycle guy clearing the way to the airport, to Pedro and José, medic and paramedic, and the pilots to the crew at the GDL airport, and all behind the scenes truly care about the people they serve. My dad is recovering and getting great care now. We're so grateful for the AWESOME job they provided as instruments of God to save my dad's life. Bless you team for being honorable.🙏

Thank you so much to the entire team of Jet Rescue!! If you need an urgent medical transport this is the company you need! While dealing with an incompetent insurance company who stalled on reviewing my mom’s file for DAYS while her urgent condition deteriorated, we called Jet Rescue for an urgent and extremely time sensitive medical evacuation. I am still in awe at the speed with which they were able to organize my mom’s return to Canada. Within a few hours of contacting them we had a contract in place and an itinerary. The next morning she was air lifted home. Something her insurance company seemed completely incapable of doing, even after several days. The cost of private medical transport can be enormous and Jet Rescue’s prices were well below what we were quoted by other companies. We had regular contact with Reyeh who assisted when we couldn’t think clearly. Even before the team arrived at the hospital we started receiving regular updates which continued until my mom was safely back home. The transfer to ems and hospital was seamless. If you are reading this review, I know you are in a very vulnerable place, you need to know that I just trusted Jet Rescue with my mother’s life and it was the best decision I’ve ever made!
