We booked a flight for our client and they tested positive for COVID day of trip. Skycharter charged our client the maximum possible penalty for trip which was nearly 60K, even though their aircraft did not move. We called Skycharter to discuss but were told the decision maker has gone to vacation the very next morning. While Mr. Richard Soichet walked off in the sunset with our client's funds and did not answer for 3 weeks, our client became increasingly angry. Although legal, this decision to charge our client 100 percent was unethical from our experience. We have blacklisted Skycharter for unfair and unethical business practices and do not recommend them to anyone. In response to your response: Mr. Soichet you took the money and ran and your offer was a joke. In the end you increased your profit tenfold as result our misfortune. We were your client if you recall, and you are not suppose to go around us as well. You actions are unethical at best.
