The pilots arrived nearly an hour late with no communication, no accountability, and no apology. Food had been ready since 7am. Guests had been waiting at the FBO for close to an hour. We took off at 9:21am. The aircraft had non-functioning screens, no flight map, no WiFi, dripping AC, and when a guest asked the pilot a simple question about Bluetooth he responded condescendingly. These are not professionals. They are horrible people who do not care about the people they are transporting. On the return flight out of Kingston we boarded to find the cabin littered with trash and red solo cups from what was clearly a previous trip. The bathroom was filthy and smelled. No effort was made to clean the aircraft before boarding paying clients. The crew offered no assistance with the FBO, customs, or baggage — despite being fully aware that multiple passengers had connecting flights dependent on our arrival time. This company employs people who are dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly unfit to be working in client-facing aviation. No amount of pricing justifies this experience. Do not book them.
