The service was overpriced for the actual time spent. They didn't clearly state the time, and the 15-minute time limit is not suitable for beginners. The other people there with us were also disappointed.

I've only traveled with this company once in my life, and it's definitely the last time. They don't even deserve one star. After booking a ticket, I received a confirmation message, then an hour later, another cancellation message. I waited until the next day to book another ticket because the one I'd just bought was indeed canceled. And when I got back from vacation, I noticed on my account that they'd charged me twice. I can't get in touch with them by phone; no one answers. I've spent 10 hours waiting for a response without success. The same goes for email.

Zero should be a rating for this company. We have spent hours and hours and can not get our tickets right. HELLLLLLLLP
