A clear 4th! Flew Luleå - Pajala -Luleå in October. This is the optimal flying feeling, no bus feeling like with larger machines. It's hard to describe, but this is passenger flight x-tra everything.

New website that makes booking faster and easier. Support responds quickly and was very helpful with my problem.

Having trouble booking a ticket, money is deducted when purchasing and a minute later the ticket is cancelled. It is very difficult to call Jonair and get support, impossible to get through.
