Always delayed - my first time with them the flight delayed 7 hours, now it was delayed 3 hours, I will never use them in my life again - DONT BOOK WITH JORDAN AVIATION NO MATTER WHAT !

If there were a zero star rating, I wouldn’t even hesitate to give it! The worst airline and experience ever .. unjustified delays .. very poor services👎

At a difficult time when sirens were sounding in Amman because of the war situation, Jordan Aviation airline made possible for me to leave Amman to Istanbul. Flight precisely on time. Staff was helpful and smooth check in process. I paid through their app in iPhone. Communication was through Whatsapp , straightforward and easy. Thank you for the great experience Jordan Aviation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been traveling with low-cost airlines since 7 years but this??? This is THE WORST airlines in history. I don’t know where do I start from!! The plane itself is a disaster, soooo unprofessional communication team, the flight was delayed not only one time, but two!! I had to spend a whole day on my own expense, they didn’t even offer a proper explanation or apology, I contacted them hundreds of times, but the response is like you’re taking to 5 years old kid. First and last experience with them. A word of advice friends: never book a flight with them, never ever. The funny thing that their slogan is “حلّق مع كرم الضيافة" I saw anything but كرم الضيافة.

Avoid at all costs – Worst airline experience of my life! I flew with Jordan Aviation from Amman to Istanbul on flight R5271, scheduled for 1:00 PM. The flight was delayed over 10 hours, and not once did the airline offer a clear explanation, proper compensation, or hotel accommodation — even though passengers were visibly exhausted and frustrated. Instead of doing the right thing, they tried to cover up the mess by sending everyone to a business lounge with snacks. That’s it. No proper support, no care, just complete neglect. This is not a serious airline — it’s a disgrace. Poor communication, zero professionalism, and absolutely no respect for international passenger rights. Their aircraft are old, their staff is untrained, and their service is worse than any budget airline I’ve ever flown. Jordan Aviation shouldn’t be allowed to operate. If you’re considering booking with them: DON’T. You’ve been warned.
