⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Everest helicopter tour with Kailash Helicopter Services was, without question, the highlight of our trip to Nepal and one of the most incredible travel experiences our family has ever had. From the moment we departed Kathmandu, everything was exceptionally organized and professional. We were privileged to fly with Captain Mani Raj, an experienced helicopter pilot who previously served as an officer and pilot in the Nepal Army. His professionalism, knowledge, and calm confidence immediately put us at ease. Throughout the flight, he shared fascinating information about Nepal and the Himalayas, and we were deeply impressed by both his character and expertise. We flew directly to Lukla, where we were met by our outstanding guide, Shree Hari Kuikel. Hari was the perfect guide—kind, positive, professional, knowledgeable, and fun to spend time with. He showed us around the famous Everest View Hotel, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with breathtaking mountain scenery and had the opportunity to purchase meaningful souvenirs that will forever remind us of this special day. From there, we continued toward Everest Base Camp. Due to weight restrictions, our group split briefly, allowing Captain Mani Raj to take two passengers at a time on an unforgettable flight over Everest Base Camp and the Khumbu Glacier. Seeing Mount Everest up close and soaring through the heart of the Himalayas was absolutely breathtaking. Those waiting had the opportunity to explore the area and watch shaggy Himalayan yaks grazing in the surrounding fields. After returning to Lukla, we had the option to stay overnight and explore the town, but chose to continue on to Kathmandu as we were headed to Chitwan. Every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. Most importantly, this trip fulfilled a lifelong dream for our father. Watching him experience Mount Everest in person is a memory our family will cherish forever. Thank you to Kailash Helicopter Services, Captain Mani Raj, and Shree Hari Kuikel for creating an unforgettable adventure. We cannot recommend this experience highly enough.

Worst service... booked a helicopter from gorakshep to lukla, but due to weather conditions they dropped us at Chauri khakra but didn't come to pick us up back even after the weather conditions improved. We could many helis flying to and fro. I called the Company for help but was given the reply that they are not responsible for pick up and drop but the trek Company is. So guys make sure to ask your trek company which heli service they are booking. And don't go for Kailash Helicopter services.

This helicopter company is one of the best ones that I have flown in different trek areas. Whether it is kedarnath, whether it is two reach simi, cote and hilsa.. Chiniasur in uttarakhand to go to hanuman chatty and yamunotri.. The coordination, by tour company from mumbai countryside adventures follow solo traveller like me. Was the icing on the cake? It is also a it was simply fantastic. There was proper pickup from the hotel drop to THE Airport. Making me meet the coordinator who took me into the Kailash office. Weight was done, boarding pass issued, and 4 other passengers later joined, we were again taken into the domestic departure area. Where we relaxed and we were again escorted by Badri to the hello, hello, helicopters area. Our captain lakpaal was simply amazing. He made everybody so comfortable. There was one passenger Sarah from Ireland who travelled first time by helicopter. And was a little nervous, but he handled everybody perfectly well. Very peaceful patient and explaining the mountain peaks while going and landing at lukla, helping people with arrangements of suggesting how to sit helped harmony in the group. After fueling at lucula, we proceeded to parichay, where 2 of the 5 got down. End the views which he Showed off Kalapathar the Mount Everest peak. The glacier was simply amazing. He took efforts to see that we were absolutely feeling. So happy to have made this decision. Add parichay, we were dropped and again. The other two were taken around. We had a lot of fun even waiting at the small helipad at periche. Again, we were working on taken To see close up views of the Mountain View hotel wavy had a breakfast, and I was so happy. I wanted a photo with him for being such a lovely pilot. I always addressed him as captain . Kailash Helicopter services must be complimented for such a great asset in pilots like Mister lakpal who make travel optimise a pleasure end countryside adventures mumbai to help us go through them.

I have been using Kailash Helicopter services for several years and usually have a great experience. The pilot was excellent—professional, friendly, and ensured a safe and enjoyable mountain flight for my clients on 22 March 2026. However, I was very disappointed with the airport office staff, whose behavior was rude and unprofessional. Respectful communication is essential, especially when dealing with international clients. If the ground staff improve their attitude and customer service, Kailash Helicopter can truly deliver a perfect, world-class experience.

STOP IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT BOOK THIS HELICOPTER COMPANY. I did a private charter of 3 helicopters with this company to see Everest with my family/friends. Money wasn’t the issue but rather safety was priority. Didn’t want to fly with max weight but rather spread out the weight in lesser amounts with more space. Anyways, Kailash helicopter services only gave us two helicopters and told me that I had to fly separate with some other unknown group. When I told them we had chartered three helicopters they said I don’t have a choice either take it or leave it. So I sacrificed myself and had my girlfriend in another helicopter. We were totally upset and almost cancelled our trip. On top of this they made us wait one hour walking around the tarmac. Yes you read that right. Where helicopters are landing and taking off. The pilot, this duchebag swiss guy never did a proper briefing before the flight. I’ve flown in many helicopters tours around the world but this was the worst. On top of this my entire crew was back at the hotel after helitour to Everest whiles I was stuck at Everest hotel for hours because Kailash services made provisions to drop two passengers back to Kathmandu at an earlier time which I wasn’t aware of and the helicopter had me waiting for a ride back. Furthermore, when the helicopter finally came I was first to jump into the chopper and waited for the other folks. I decided to sit in the front and pilot held and pushed me vigorously to the back of the chopper. God alone knows why and how I kept my kool. I’m 6ft foot and has trained in martial arts, grew up in a very tough neighborhood as a kid. I believe my meditation saved that pilot that day. It didn’t stopped there; a young couple flew back with me which the pilot decided to put the guy in the back and the young Brazilian girl with him in the front. My headset wasn’t working or either he switched it off in order to chat down the young Brazilian girl until we hit Lukla airport where another pilot took over. What he wasn’t aware of; coincidentally the girl and I are literally from the same city where she now lives. I’ll be writing a formal letter of complaint to the aviation authority and also to the minister of infrastructure & Transportation of Nepal. There has been incidents on the mountains in the past and this company is certainly not fit for the job. Clearly they put money in front of safety in part of the world where attention to safety and professionalism should be paramount.
