I had high expectations for my first flight with Korean Air, and the experience went beyond all of them. Flying Business Class from Seoul Incheon to Washington Dulles was exceptional from start to finish. The crew was outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely professional in every interaction. From the moment I boarded, the cabin staff made me feel like a valued guest rather than just a passenger. Their attention to detail showed in how they anticipated my needs before I even asked. The Business Class cabin itself is a cut above. The seat converts into a fully flat bed: a lifesaver on a long flight like this, and the personal space feels generous and thoughtfully designed. The bedding was plush, and the privacy impressive. The dining was a genuine highlight. Korean Air takes its in-flight meal service seriously, offering both Korean and Western menus with quality that rivals a good restaurant on the ground. Thank you & God bless you and your family 😊

REVIEW I recently booked business class on Korean Air from Boston (BOS) to Seoul (ICN), and the airline has taken a clear step backwards compared to their previous product. Korean Air used to offer the Prestige Suite, which was competitive with the best airlines in the world. Unfortunately, on this route, they’ve reverted to an outdated seating configuration that feels more like a relic from the 1980s than a modern premium cabin. The biggest issue is the seat design: No real privacy — you’re fully exposed with no suite or divider No direct aisle access — you must step over your seatmate Overall outdated layout that simply doesn’t meet current business class expectations On a long-haul flight like Boston to Seoul, these shortcomings become very noticeable. Comfort and privacy matter on a 15+ hour flight, and this product falls well short. In comparison, airlines like Japan Airlines and Cathay Pacific offer far superior business class experiences, with direct aisle access, significantly more privacy, and a more modern feel. To be fair, the service from Korean Air is courteous and professional, and the onboard experience is still pleasant from a hospitality standpoint. But in today’s market, the hard product is just as important, and this is where Korean Air is now lagging. Given these changes, it’s hard to justify their continued 5-star reputation. Bottom line: On the Boston–Seoul route, Korean Air has taken a noticeable step backwards. Until they reintroduce a modern business class product, there are clearly better options available. JAL and Cathay are now far better. Would I fly again? Only if there were no better alternatives.

Korean Air changed our honeymoon itinerary without any compensation. The experience was deeply disappointing, leaving us with longer flights, extra stops, stressful schedule changes, and months of communications. We felt ignored as customers, and this has made us unwilling to fly with Korean Air again.

Flight cancelled at 18:00. Transfer desk didn’t give right information of the situation. Everybody still waiting over night, because staff stopped work at 1am. Many people are waiting for solutions. No support from the company, no food, no drink, nothing. Unbelievable.

WRONG INFORMATION by Google: this office is NOT open 24 hours. It closes at 17:30 daily. Also, it would be wise and helpful to simply indicate the subway station City hall exit 10, to make information really helpful
